摘要
水泥稳定碎石因其高强度、良好的板体性、水稳定性、低廉的造价等优点被广泛应用于我国高等级公路建设之中。但是由于该材料对温度和湿度变化较为敏感,所以当温度湿度发生变化时容易产生收缩裂缝,从而引起沥青路面反射裂缝的产生,降低路面使用性能,破坏路面结构整体的水稳定性,加大路面养护资金投入。以郴宁高速公路工程建设为依托,通过对水泥稳定碎石基层裂缝的成因进行分析,从材料选择与级配优化设计着手,降低收缩裂缝的产生;通过严密的施工组织,合理的施工方式减小实际施工与规范规定施工方法的工艺偏差,提高基层的质量。
cement stabilized macadam base because of its high strength,board character,good water stability and low cast are widely used in the high grade highway construction in our country.However,because the material is sensitive to changes in temperature and humidity the cement stabilized macadam base is easy to produce a lot of shrinkage cracks and extend to the asphalt surface forming reflection cracks,which have seriously influenced the pavement performances,water stability and increase pavement maintenance costs.This article relying on ChenNing Expressway Construction,by the analysis of the reason for crack formation,the choice of materials and optimized gradation,Reduce the shrinkage cracks;adopting rigorous construction organization and rational construction measures to reduce the technical deflection between practical technique and the criterion improve the quality.
