双层摊铺在浏醴高速公路沥青路面施工中的应用 被引量:16

摘要 本文分析了双层摊铺技术特点,双层摊铺能够有效地改善层间粘结结构、缩短工期、优化路面结构,节省施工成本,提高施工质量。结合双层摊铺在浏醴高速公路沥青路面施工中的实际应用情况,开展了现场钻芯取样及渗水试验,试验结果表明,其双层摊铺具有更好的层间粘结和封水效果,能够有效地提高沥青路面施工质量。双层摊铺能够延长碾压时间,从而能够获得更好的压实效果。同时,双层摊铺能够增强沥青路面的抗变形能力,提高路面施工质量和使用寿命,并有效地节省施工成本,社会经济效益显著。 The technical features of double layer paving technique and its application were introduced. Double layer paving technique can improve the structure of the interlayer adhesion significantly while shorten the construction period, optimize the pavement structure, save construction cost,.and improve the quality of construction. According to the application condition in Liu - Li Expressway, tests including in - site core boring sampling and infiltration were conducted after using double layer paving technique in asphalt pavement construction. Results show that pavements using double layer paving technique had better interlayer adhesion and sealing water effect, it can effectively improve the construction quality of asphalt pavement. Testing results also show that double layer paving can extend compaction time which lead better compaction effect. Meanwhile, double layer paving can strengthen the anti deformation capacity of asphalt pavement as well as improve the construction quality and service life which result in construction cost saving and achieving a remarkable social and economic benefits.
