摘要
将圆环镦粗与有限元方法相结合测定了TC4钛合金高温变形时的摩擦系数。利用有限元模拟方法确定了摩擦系数的理论校准曲线,并根据圆环镦粗试验结果确定了圆环内径与高度变化的关系,将圆环镦粗后的内径和高度的变化百分比与模拟得到的摩擦系数理论校准曲线进行对比,得出TC4钛合金在玻璃润滑剂和干摩擦条件下的摩擦系数分别为0.32和0.58。
This paper presents a study of the friction coefficients for TC4 titanium alloy at high temperature deformation using hot compression experiments of ring and finite element (FE) simulation. FE simulations were used to derive the friction calibration curves. The relationship of changing in inner diameter and height was obtained by ring compression experiments. And by comparing the rela- tionship with the friction calibration curves the friction coefficients of TC4 titanium alloy for glass lubricant and dry conditions can be determined 0.32 and 0.58.
