高锰铝Fe-26Mn-6Al-C钢组织性能研究

摘要 研究的Fe-26Mn-6Al-C钢是在TRIP钢和TWIP钢研究的基础上,开发的锰和铝含量更高的钢种,具有层错能较高、质量更轻、强度高等优点,应用于汽车行业中可节能减重,降低成本,且安全性好,应用前景广阔。研究了高锰铝Fe-26Mn-6Al-C钢的成分,还研究了轧型高锰Fe-Mn-Al-C低密度高强钢,即Fe-26Mn-6Al-C钢的微观组织,并测定了试验钢在热轧后、固溶处理后以及时效处理后在室温环境下的拉伸力学性能,观察了不同状态下的微观组织以及变形后的微观组织。还研究了Fe-26Mn-6Al-C钢的时效硬化行为。 The chemical compositions of Fe-26Mn-6Al-C steel are based on TIRP steel and TWIP steel, but it has a higher con- tent of manganese and aluminum. With the high stacking fault energy and high strength, this steel can be applied to automobile indus- try to improve fuel economy and security, yet reduce automobile body weight and costs, and has wide prospect of application. The chemical compositions and microstructure of Fe-26Mn-6Al-C steel are studied. The tensile mechanical properties of the test Fe-26Mn- 6Al-C steel after hot-rolling, solution treatment and aging treatment at room temperature are tested. And the microstructures of the steel under different conditions and deformations are observed. The age-hardening behavior of Fe-26Mn-6Al-C steel is studied.
