摘要
近年来,随着市场机制改革在电力企业的持续推进,国家电网公司提出了“集团化运作、集约化发展、精益化管理、标准化建设”的发展战略,在公司系统全面深入的开展标准化工作并取得了显著成效。以电力企业标准化体系为研究对象,在分析各构建要素的基础上,引入系统工程学中的解释结构模型法(ISM),构建多层递阶结构图,分析各要素间的内在层次关系,为电力公司标准化体系的有序构建并不断完善提供一定的决策参考。
In recent years with ongoing progress of market mechanism reform in electricity power enterprises, State Grid Corporation of China proposed development strategy of "conglomerated operation, intensive development, lean management, and standardization construction", carried out standardization in-depth in the corporation system and achieved remarkable results. The paper takes electricity power enterprise standardization system as the object of study, analyzes various constructed elements, introduces Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) in Systems Engineering, and constructs multi-layer hierarchical structure diagram, research the internal hierarchy among various elements, in order to provide a certain decision-making reference for the ordered construction and continuous improvement of standardization system in the electricity power enterprise
