普通高校新办高职专业人才培养模式的实践与研究——以韩山师范学院陶瓷学院为例

The Application & Research of Talents Training Model in New Higher Vocational Institutions——Based on the Example of Ceramic Institute of Hanshan Normal University

人才培养模式的改革与创新是当前包括高等职业教育在内的新一轮教学改革的重点内容。构建具有高职教育特色的人才培养模式,对普通高校缩短新办高职专业成熟期,推进高职教育教学改革,提高人才培养质量具有重要的现实意义。该文尝试将创新人才培养模式的实施途径作为一个突破口,对普通高校新办高职专业人才培养模式改革进行一些有益的探索,并在实践中检验其成功的所在。

The reform and innovation of talents training model is the key element in the new round of higher vocational education reform. Building up the talents training model with characteristics of higher voca- tional education is of great practical significance for speeding up the construction of higher vocational special- ty, promoting the innovation and improving the quality of talents. This essay tries to take the implementation ap- proach of innovating talents training model as a breakthrough, exploring into it and testing it out in practice.
