摘要
为了帮助大学生制定职业生涯规划,了解大学生职业生涯规划的结构和现状,先后对654名和273名大学生进行了调查,结果显示:大学生职业生涯规划结构由生涯辅导、目标规划、职业探索、自我认识、能力储备和家庭支持六因素组成;大学生职业生涯规划各因子不存在性别差异;高年级学生的职业生涯规划情况好于低年级的学生;本科生职业探索高于专科生,家庭支持低于专科生。
In order to help students to make career planning, and explore the career planning structure and current situation of college students, 654 and 273 college students were investigated successively. The re- sult showed： The structure of career planning had six factors： career coaching, goal programming, vocation ex- ploring, self-cognition, capacity reserving and family supporting. There were no significant differences between gender. The senior＇s level of career planning were higher than that of junior. The level of college students＇ s ca- reer coaching were higher, and the level of family supporting were lower than that of junior college students.
