摘要 被忽略的热带病（Neglected Tropical Diseases，NTD）即在炎热和潮湿的热带气候地区尤为常见的常流行于发展中国家贫困地区的疾病，是“古老的、安静的、被隐藏起来的和被忽视的疾病”。这类疾病的提出一是由于过去的10多年中发达国家只关注“三大疾病”——艾滋病（HIV／AIDS）、结核和疟疾，对慢性致残性、致死性的热带病严重忽视；二是由于NTD造成的疾病负担在所有传染病中仅次于HIV／AIDS，其造成的伤残甚于三大疾病中的任何一个，
