河南省红色文化资源的开发现状和对策研究

Research on Present Status and Countermeasures for Exploration of Red Cultural Resources in Henan Porvince

河南省红色文化资源开发已经取得了不错的成绩,但存在众多问题:保护不当;市场主体发育程度不够;缺少特色;人才匮乏。相应的开发对策是:政府要对红色文化建立科学的保护体系;引入民间资本;加强文化创新;培养和引进人才。

The exploration of red cultural resources in Henan Province has achieved quite good results, but there still exist a number of problems： inadequate protection; the ineffective managerial level exercised by the market authorities; lack of features; shortage of talents. Countermeasures proposed： establishing a scientific system of protection for the red culture on the part of the government; introducing private capital; strengthening cultural innovation; training and introducing the talents.
