摘要
针对玉器雕铣机刀具系统工作过程中由于换刀速度快、多股螺旋弹簧存在着变形严重和并圈现象等问题,提出了一种将弹簧的动态性能和静态性能同时纳入到优化设计的约束条件中去的静态与动态相结合的设计模式。在基于动态分析的基础上对多目标函数的处理,构建了设计模型。生产实践结果证明:玉器雕铣机刀具系统多股螺旋弹簧的设计简单有效,较好地解决了弹簧变形严重和并圈现象等问题。
In view of the severe deformation and doubling - up existing in multi - strand coil spring due to the rapid tool changing in the process of jade carving machine tool system, this paper proposes a design mode in which a static state is combined with a dynamic state, bring both of the state into the constraint condition of opti- mization. Based on the dynamic analysis, a design mode was constructed by means of dealing with multiple - objective function. The production practice proves that the design of multi - strand coiled spring is simple and effective which can solve the phenomenon of severe spring deformation and running - up.
