摘要
根据国外文献和研究资料的公开报道 ,介绍了美国空军颁发的《军用标准——有人驾驶飞行器飞行品质》 ( MIL-STD-1 797)的主要内容和特点 ,尤其对 MIL-STD-1 797中新增加的条款 ,如 :“对各项要求的验证”、“对驾驶员座位处的法向加速度”、“对俯仰短周期反应”等进行了分析和研究。指出 :这些验证要求 ,不仅可以确保飞机的飞行品质和飞行安全 ,而且可以缩短飞机研制和试飞的周期、节省研制经费 ,可以为我国新型号飞机的研制和修订我国现行的飞机飞行品质标准规范提供有价值的资料。
The main contents and characteristics of “military specification flying qualities of piloted vehicles (MIL STD 1797)” issued by air force of the United States are introduced, according to openly publications of foreign literature and reports. Some items are analysed, especialy its newly added items, such as “validation to various requirements”, “normal acceleration at pilot's seat”, “pitch short period response”, etc.. It is pointed out that these validation requirements, not only can meet the aircraft flying qualities, ensure flight safety, but also can shorten the period of aircraft development and flight test, save fees; that these validation requirements can supply valuable materials to our new type aircraft development and revision of our aircraft flying qualities specification.
