The Reflection of Talent Management of Enterprises

为了适应全球化、技术变革快、人才短缺、超强竞争的动态环境,企业需要关注人才管理问题。我国和国外人才概念都有一个演变的过程,但人才概念却难以准确界定。理解人才概念应从人才是个体和人才是一组个人资源两个方面入手。国内外理论界和实务界非常关注企业人才管理的发展,企业人才管理呈现出四种主流观点。思考企业人才管理问题的同时,提出了企业人才管理未来发展的方向。

In order to adapt to the dynamic environment of globalization, rapidly changed technology, shortage of talent, and super competition, enterprises must focus on talent management. There is an evolution process a- bout talent notion of our country and foreign countries, but the conception of talent is hard to define precisely. Understanding the conception of talent should begin with the two aspects in which talent is individual and talent is a group of resources. Practitioners and theorists pay close attention to the development of enterprises talent management. Four streams of views of talent management are observed by investigator. This paper puts forward the direction of the future development of enterprises talent management which has the valuable reference.
