摘要
该文采用1990-2010年时间序列数据,运用VAR模型对新疆R&D经费投入与高新技术企业自主创新能力的关系进行了实证研究。结果表明:新疆R&D经费投入与企业自主创新能力之间存在长期均衡关系;上期的R&D经费投入对本期的企业自主创新能力有显著的促进作用,科技人员投入对企业自主创新能力也有正向作用,但这种作用在统计学上不显著;在VAR模型的基础上进行了脉冲响应函数和方差分解分析,结果与VAR模型基本一致;当滞后阶数分别为1阶和2阶时,R&D经费投入是企业自主创新的Granger原因。
This paper analyses the relation between R&D input and independent innovation capacity of High-tech enterprises by using time series data of 1990--2010 and VAR model in XinJiang. The results indicate that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between R&D input and independent innova- tion capacity of High-tech enterprises in XinJiang, that the previous R&D input plays a significant role in promoting the current independent innovation capacity of enterprises, the number of scientific research personnel plays positive role in advancing independent innovation capacity, but this function is not statis- tically significant. The impulse response function and variance decomposition analysis is conducted based on VAR model,the results are basically consistent with the VAR model. When the lagging number is 1 and 2 rank respectively,R&D input is the Granger cause of independent innovation for enterprises.
