摘要 贫困山区教育发展问题一直是社会关注的热点问题,其教育发展面临着许多难题。这些问题不仅制约和影响了学校的正常、健康和可持续发展,也给学校管理带来了许多困惑和无奈。如办学条件差,无法适应课程改革的需要;高考成为学校工作的重头戏,学校办学模式单一,严重偏离教学规律,造成学生学得苦、教师教得苦,教师生活缺乏幸福感并产生职业倦怠等问题。本文通过对存在的主要问题进行研究分析,提出了一些有效的应对策略,以促进贫困山区学校、教师和学生可持续的健康的和谐良性发展。 Education development in poor mountainous areas is the hot social issue facing many difficulties. Those problems do not only affect the school's normal, healthy, sustainable develop-ment, but also bring school management a lot of confusion and helplessness. The problems are such as poor teaching condition which cannot meet the needs of the curriculum reform; college entrance exam-ination become the most important thing in school work; themode of running school is single; gravely deviates from teaching rules; students study hard while teachers teach hard; teachers are lack of happiness and have job burnout, and so on. By analyzing those problems, this article puts forward some countermeasures topromote sustainable andharmonious development of schools, teachers and students in poor mountainousareas.
