浅议校园心理剧在高职院校心理健康教育中的应用

On Application of Campus Psychodrama in the Psychological Health Education of Higher Vocational Colleges

由于社会传统偏见以及自身认识等方面的原因,许多高职学生在学习能力、人际交往和心理调解能力等方面都存在一系列问题。而校园心理剧是学生借助舞台来呈现其生活、学习、交往中的心理问题,在心理老师、演出者及观众的帮助下学会正确处理心理问题,从而既解决自己的心理问题又能使全体学生受到教育启发。本文论述了校园心理剧在高职院校心理健康教育中的作用以及如何提高校园心理剧在高职院校心理健康教育中的效能。

Because of the social traditional prejudice and their self-understanding and other reasons, many vocational college students have a series of problems in learning ability, interper-sonal interaction ability and psychological mediation ability. Campus psychodrama is that students use a stage to present psychological problems in living, learning, and communication, learn to deal with psychological problems with the help of psychological teachers, performers and audiences, so as to solve their psychological problems and also enable all the students to receive education and in-spiration. This paper discusses the role of campus psychodrama in the psychological health education in Higher Vocational colleges and how to improve the efficiency of campus psychodrama in the psycho-logical health education in Higher Vocational colleges.
