高校干部档案“三龄一历”存在的问题及对策探究

On Problems and Countermeasures of Cadre Archives "Three Ages One Calendar" in Higher Education

高校干部档案管理工作是一项政策性强的工作,是组织人事工作的重要内容。真实性和完整性是干部档案的生命。笔者通过对干部档案中"三龄一历"信息的审核,发现现存的部分干部档案内容信息存在内容失真现象,本文从分析干部档案的"三龄一历"信息存在问题的原因入手,提出进一步改进高校干部档案管理的有效途径。

Cadre archives management work in higher education has strict policy, and it is an important part of organization and personnel work. Authenticity and integrity are the soul of cadre archives. By examining the ＂three ages one calendar＂information of cadre archives, some untruth phenomenon have been discovered. This article analyzes the causes of theproblems in the Uthree ages one calendar＇information of cadre archives, and puts forward some countermeasures to improveit.
