慢性非传染性疾病的防治管理现状和中医药的应用优势

Current situation of preventive and therapeutic management about chronic non-infectious disease and application advantage of TCM

随着社会的发展,慢性非传染性疾病(简称"慢病")带来的威胁日渐严重,慢病管理越来越受到重视。本文通过对国内慢病现状进行分析,针对慢病管理中存在的主要问题,着重讨论了中医药在慢病防治管理中的应用优势,提出中医学倡导的整体平衡协调的健康观有助于完善适合新的医学模式下的慢病防治管理理念,以患者为中心的健康维护模式有助于充分发挥慢病患者的自我主观能动性,丰富且有效的干预技术为慢病管理提供了可靠的手段。提出应该充分发挥中医药的自身特点和优势,自觉将中医药融入到慢病的健康管理和防治工作中去,采取更加积极和科学的疗效评价方法来确认中医药的疗效和作用优势环节,更加科学合理应用中医药,走出一条中西医共同参与的具有中国特色的慢病防治管理道路,满足我国慢病防治和管理的需要。

With the development of society, the treatment of chronic non-infectious disease is becoming serious and the management of chronic disease has been paid more and more attention. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the chronic diseases, aiming at the problems of chronic disease management, this article discussed the application advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the pre- vention and treatment of chronic diseases and suggested that the health concept of overall balance and coordination advocated by tradi- tional Chinese medicine was helpful to perfect the concept of preventing and controlling chronic diseases met with new medical mode. The health maintenance mode as patient as the center can help the patients suffering from chronic diseases to give full playing of their subjective initiative ability and the abundant and effective intervention technique can provide some reliable measures for the management of chronic disease. It was also put forward that we should expand their own characteristics and advantages of Chinese medicine, self-con- sciously take Chinese medicine into the management and preventive work of chronic disease. Use more active and scientific evaluation method to identify the therapeutic efficacy and the advantage link of action and more reasonably and scientifically use it. Stepping a way together participated in by traditional Chinese and Western medicine and possessed Chinese characteristics for treating and preventing chronic disease to meet the need in therapy and prevention of chronic diseases in our country.
