Literature study of epigastric abdominal pain of ZHU Dan-xi

朱丹溪在其著作中广泛论述了脘腹痛的病因病机、诊断重视问诊、辨证谨遵八纲、强调因人制宜,并提出凡痛必用温通、诸痛不可补气、腹痛多用芍药等,形成其辨治脘腹痛的独特理论。

ZHU Dan-xi had widely discussed etiology and pathogenesis of epigastric abdominal pain in his works. He attached great im-portance to interrogation in the process of disease diagnosis, strictly abided by the eight principles in differentiating syndromes, and indi- vidual differences in patients should be emphasized in the treatment. Proposed all of epigastric abdominal pain should receive drug of warm flow treatment, could not use the method of replenishing the Qi, good at using the Paeonia and so on. These contents formed his u-nique theory of syndrome differentiation of epigastric abdominal pain.
