摘要
农村小学"撤点并校"政策的实施是基于我国农村地区学龄儿童数量锐减以及农村地区"村村办学"的分散教学格局而做出的必然选择,其目的在于优化农村地区教育资源配置、提高教学质量。但是在"撤点并校"政策的实施过程中,由于农村的地理条件、经济状况等客观因素的影响,这样一项好的政策在实施的过程中遇到了诸多困难。
The central government decided to merge the primary schools because the sharp decrease of enrollment in rural areas in recent years and scattering distribution of schools result in the waste of education resources. However, difficulties arise due to the specific geographic condition and economic situation of rural areas. The paper sets out to study the merger of primary schools in Huangmei county, Hubei province, try to find out the difficulties and put forward suggestions.
