摘要
介绍一种基于模糊控制的新型回流焊机温度控制系统,其设计思想是在现有的PID控制的基础上,引入模糊控制技术、温度滞后补偿和多温区解耦设计,以解决回流焊机温度控制存在的问题,使多温区热风回流焊机温度控制更加优化、合理。
Based on fuzzy control, this paper introduces a temperature control system for a new reflow soldering machine. The new reflow soldering machine temperature control system design employs the existing PID control based on the introduction of the fuzzy control technique, the temperature lag compensation and multi - temperature decoupiing design, so as to solve the problems in temperature control of the reflow soldering machine and make the temperature control of the multi - temperature hot air reflow machine more optimized and reasonable.
