摘要
高等职业教育应把职业素养的养成教育贯穿于学校工作的全方位、全过程,制定系列化、系统化的职业素养实施方案。在全面分析会计职业素养构成要素的基础上,对会计专业职业素养养成教育进行了系统化设计,形成了基本职业素养线、专业理论素养线和专业技能素养线3线并进的系统化的设计思路。
The higher vocational colleges should put the formative education of vocational quality throughout the whole process, and formulate a series of systematic implementation scheme of vocational quality. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the elements of vocational accounting quality, this paper forms the systematic design idea of three lines of basic vocational quality, professional theoretical knowledge and professional skill.
