摘要
目的:探讨职业认知教育对妇产科护士工作倦怠和心理健康的影响。方法:采用自身对照研究的方法,对30例妇产科护士实施职业认知教育,教育前后采用工作倦怠量表(MBI)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行测评。结果:教育前,妇产科护士MBI和SCL-90评分分别为(63.83±13.23)分、(157.79±29.52)分;教育后,妇产科护士MBI和SCL-90评分分别为(48.56±9.67)分、(126.96±34.76)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=5.10、3.70,P<0.01)。结论:职业认知教育能够降低妇产科护士工作倦怠感,提高心理健康水平。
Objective:To explore the effects of career cognitive education on job burnout and mental health of obstetrics and gynecology nurse. Methods : Using self - control contrast research method ,the career cognitive education was carry out for 30 maternity nuI'ses, before and after education, they were assessed by MBI and SCL - 90. Results : Before education, the score of MBI and SCL - 90 were (63.83 ± 13.23 ) points, ( 157.79 ± 29.52 ) points, after education, the score, of MBI and SCL - 90 were (48.56 ± 9.67 ) points, ( 126.96 ± 34.76) points, there was statistical differences ( t = 5. 10, 3.70, P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion:The career cognitive education could lower the Job burnout feeling of obstetrics and gynecology maternity nurse, improve their psychological health level.
