康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡协调功能的影响

The influences of rehabilitation training on balance coordination function of stroke patients with hemiplegia

目的:探讨康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡协调功能的影响。方法:将40例共济失调患者随机分为康复组和对照组各20例,对照组采用药物及中医传统疗法,康复组在采用对照组方法的基础上增加运动疗法与作业疗法训练。结果:两组患者采用Berg平衡量表进行训练前后比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05);训练后组间比较,康复组优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡协调功能的恢复具有促进作用。

Objective：To explore the influences of rehabilitation training on balance coordination function of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods ：40 patients with ataxia were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group, 20 cases in each group, the control group used drugs and traditional Chinese medicine therapy;on the basis of control group ,the rehabilitation group increased exercise therapy and occupational therapy training. Results： Berg balance scale was used to compare two groups of patients before and after training, there were significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; comparison between groups after training, rehabilitation group was superior to the control group, there were significant differences （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Rehabilitation training on hemiplegia patients with stroke can promote the balance and coordination.
