摘要 目的:探讨康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡协调功能的影响。方法:将40例共济失调患者随机分为康复组和对照组各20例,对照组采用药物及中医传统疗法,康复组在采用对照组方法的基础上增加运动疗法与作业疗法训练。结果:两组患者采用Berg平衡量表进行训练前后比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05);训练后组间比较,康复组优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡协调功能的恢复具有促进作用。 Objective:To explore the influences of rehabilitation training on balance coordination function of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods :40 patients with ataxia were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group, 20 cases in each group, the control group used drugs and traditional Chinese medicine therapy;on the basis of control group ,the rehabilitation group increased exercise therapy and occupational therapy training. Results: Berg balance scale was used to compare two groups of patients before and after training, there were significant differences ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; comparison between groups after training, rehabilitation group was superior to the control group, there were significant differences ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion : Rehabilitation training on hemiplegia patients with stroke can promote the balance and coordination.
