阿尔茨海默病患者服药的护理干预及体会

Nursing intervention on medication in patients with Alzheimer's disease

目的:研究阿尔茨海默病患者服药的有效护理模式。方法:将2009年1月～2012年1月我院收治的阿尔次海默病患者88例随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予改良后的护理,对比两组护理效果。结果:实验组护理后服药期间不良事件发生率低,患者家属满意度明显升高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=20.45,t=16.44,P<0.01)。结论:对阿尔茨海默病患者实施改良后的护理具有较好效果,值得应用。

Objective：To study the effective nursing model for patients with Alzheimer＇s medication. Methods：From January 2009 to January 2012,88 patients with Alzheimer＇s disease were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received conventional care, the experimental group were given reform care, compared two groups of nursing effect. Results ： The experimental group after - care medication during a low incidence of adverse events, family members of patients satisfaction was significantly higher, compared with the control group, there was significant difference （ χ2 = 20.45,t = 16.44, P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion ：The implementation of the reform of patients with Alzheimer＇s diseasecare with good results ,worthy of application.
