摘要
详细介绍了国家 CIMS示范工程某装载机厂的 CIMS工程 MFCIMS的总体设计。首先分析了系统的功能和信息需求 ,并结合装载机厂的现有状况、经营目标 ,确定了 MFCIMS分系统的划分原则。分析了系统总体设计应遵循的原则 ,并对总体体系设计进行了详细阐述。给出了系统总体体系结构图、纵向层次结构图、信息集成关系图、IDEF0图及 IDEF1X信息功能图 ,这些构成了 MFCIMS总体设计的核心。最后对 MFCIMS的关键技术进行了论述 ,指出 CIMS的关键技术也是难点所在是集成 ,而集成的关键在于信息集成。本文对
Introduces the total design of CIMS engineering for a loading manufacture factory which is the CIMS demonstration engineering in our country. This paper analyses the function and information requirements of the system, and then ascertains the principle of the MFCIMS subsystems considering conditions of the factory. The detail description of total structure Fig., hierarchical structure Fig., information integration Fig.,IDEF0 Fig. and IDEF1X information function Fig. are given which are the basis of MFCIMS total design. Finally,the paper discusses the technology way and key technology, and meantime it points out that the difficulty of CIMS is information integration.The result is perfect for the realization of CIMS in our country.
