大学新生自尊与责任心的相关研究

Research on relationship between self-esteem and responsibility in freshmen

①目的了解大学新生自尊与责任心的关系。②方法应用自尊量表(SES)和青少年学生责任心问卷对285名大学新生进行测量。③结果大学新生在责任心方面存在性别差异(t=-3.597,P<0.05);不同家庭所在地的大学新生的自尊心不存在显著差异(t=-1.878,P>0.05);独生子女和非独生子女之间在责任心方面存在显著差异(t=-2.797,P<0.05);大学新生自尊与责任心有显著正相关(r=0.553,P<0.05)。④结论大学新生中,女生的责任心高于男生,独生子女的责任心低于男生;大学新生的自尊水平越高,责任心水平越高。

Objective To explore the relationship between the self - esteem and responsibility of freshmen. Methods A total of 285 freshmen were investigated by using The Self - Esteem Scale（SES） and a questionnaire on young students a sense of responsibility. Results There was significant gender difference in the responsibility （ t = - 3. 597, P 〈 0.05 ） ;there was significant family difference in the responsibility（ t = - 1. 878, P 〉 0.05 ） ： whether they are the only child or not had significant influence on tbeir responsibility（ t = - 2. 797, P 〈 0.05 ） ; there was positive correlation between the self - esteem and the responsibility of freshmen（ r = 0. 553, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The boys＇ responsibility are lower than the girls＇ ,freshmen wbo are the only child have lower responsibility than those who are not the only child; freshmen whose self - esteem are high also have high responsibility.
