摘要 以城市轨道交通发展现状为基础,分析乘客满意度影响因素,确定城市轨道交通旅客满意度评价指标体系的建立原则。运用结构化层次设定指标,建立城市轨道交通旅客满意度评价指标体系,并将评价指标量化,分层确定评价指标权重,最后进行一致性检验,验证评价体系的可行性。 It analyzes the influencing factors of passenger satisfaction based on the development status of urban rail transit, and determines the principle of the evaluation index system of passenger satisfaction in urban rail transit. And then the indicators are set by using the structured hierarchy to establish an evaluation index system of passenger satisfaction in urban rail transit, on which the indicators arc quantitated and the evaluation index weights are determined. Finally a consistency check is made to verify the feasibilily of this system.
