Objective： To explore the reasonable factors of the growing health spending in China, in order to provide basis for the moderate and reasonable growth of health spending. Methods： Based on the research of the situation in growing health spending of China to analyze the reasonable factors of the increasing health spending. Results： The reasonable factors are the inevitable and significant cause of the growth of medical expenses. Conclusion： It＇ s reasonable for health spending growing moderately.
