摘要 目的:研究和探讨基本公共卫生供给效率与补偿方式之间的关系和作用机理。方法:运用劳动力供给弹性理论,建立基本公共卫生服务供给效率运行模型。结果:工资率、雇佣人数、工作小时数以及工作效率是具有相关性,调整工资率会影响工作效率。结论:提出我国政府要加大对基本公共卫生服务投入,采取多种补偿方式组合应用的形式,同时加大绩效考核力度,充分发挥基本公共卫生补偿方式积极作用,从而提高基本公共卫生服务水平和效率。 Objective: To study and explore relationship between the supply efficiency of basic public health and compensation mechanism. Methods: To use the labor supply elasticity theory and construct basic public health services supply efficiency operation model. Results: wage rate, the number of employment, work hours and work efficiency have relative relationship, and to adjust wage rates will affect the work efficiency. Conclusion: It is suggested to increase investment in basic: public health services, to take the composite application form of a variety of compensation, while to increase the intensity of performance appraisal, to give full play to compensate an active role in basic public health, thereby to enhance the level and the efficiency of basic public health services.
