摘要
目的:了解江西省基本药物制度实施后基本药物销售价格的变化。方法:使用Excel中的逻辑工具进行逻辑检验,对符合逻辑的数据再进行统计分析。对基本药物目录中的18种基层常用药物进行基本药物制度实施前后的药品购进价、药品销售价、药品利润率进行比较。结果:实施基本药物制度后卫生院;药品购进价格下降率为5.67%,药品出售价格下降率为22.91%;基本药物制度实施在缓解基层群众医药费用负担方面起到重要作用;药品利润率下降率为89.01%,基层医疗机构药品利润率下降显著;药品超国家限价销售品规占调查品规的5.24%,占调查卫生院的24.05%,基层有超国家限价销售基本药物的现象存在。结论:建议建立和完善基本药物监控体系,将基本药物运用情况实施上传,并有限价提示报警,以达到实时、准确监控基本药物在医疗机构中的相关情况,让百姓得到实惠。
Objective: To understand the variation of essential drug sale prices 'after the essential drug system implementation in Jiangxi Province. Method: Using the logic tools in Excel for logical inspections, and then making statistic analysis for the data that are logical. Comparing the drug purchase prices, the drug sale prices and the pharmaceutical profit margin before and after the essential drug system implementation for 18 grassroots commonly used drugs in essential drug list. Results: The following targets are gained in health clinics after the essential drug system implementation: ( 1 ) The drug purchase price decent rate is 5.67%, the drug sale price decent rate is 22.91%, and the essential drug system implementation plays an important role in relieving the grass roots' expense burdens on drugs. (2) The pharmaceutical profit margin decent rate is 89.01%, which means the pharmaceutical profit margin of primary medical institutions decreases greatly. (3)The drugs with prices higher than the country's limit prices occupy 5.24% of the drugs in investigation, and 24.05% of the drugs in health clinics. There is the phenomenon of selling essential drugs at prices higher than the country's limits. Conclusion: It is advised to establish and complete the essential drug monitoring system, to upload the usage circumstances of essential drugs, and to make alerts at limit prices. As a result, the related situations with essential drugs in medical institutions can be exactly monitored in real time, so as to offer benefits to the people.
