摘要
简述了磁性液体密封的实验原理,并设计了往复运动轴磁性液体密封实验装置.该实验装置可随时补充运动过程中流失的磁性液体,延长了有效密封时间.将研制的往复运动轴磁性液体密封实验装置应用于油井井口密封,实验结果表明,有效密封时间比原密封结构提高50%以上.
The experiment theory and the structure of experiment apparatus using magetic liquid sealing about reciprocating shaft were introduced. The effectiveness sealing time of the device was prolongred due to magnetic liquid supplement in time. Magnetic liquid and sealing technology were ap- plied to gap sealing of shaft top. The results showed that effectiveness sealing time of shaft top was in- creased over 50%.
