摘要 根据迈克耳孙干涉中实镜和虚镜不可能绝对平行的客观实际建立了迈克耳孙干涉光程差分析模型,推导出了相应的迈克耳孙干涉的光程差公式,计算等倾干涉和等厚干涉的光程差,完整地描述了迈克耳孙干涉的等倾干涉和等厚干涉及其两种干涉之间的过渡关系. In Michelson interferometer, the actual mirror and the virtual mirror may not be abso- lutely parallel, an analysis model of the optical path difference in Michelson interference was estab- lished, and the optical path difference formula was deduced, which can be used to calculate accurately the the optical path difference in equal inclination interference and equal thickness interference. Equal inclination interference, equal thick interference, and their relationship were perfectly described.
