摘要
针对柔性制造系统的特点,介绍了学校柔性制造系统的设备组成及硬件构架。以组装焊接的工艺流程为例进行了自动化生产过程的阐述,结合实验室设备及各年级、各专业的知识和教学特点,差别化地提出了柔性制造系统的教学方案,对实验室开设的项目进行了规划,并实施到具体的工程训练项目中,使学生的专业知识在深度和广度上得到了扩展,实验技能和创新能力得到了提高,教学效果也得到了明显提升。
Aiming at the characteristics of flexible manufacturing systems, this paper describes the equipment composition and the hardware architecture of the of flexible manufacturing systems. Taking assembly welding process as an example, the elaboration of the automated production process, combined with professional knowledge of laboratory equipment and the differential teaching characteristics, the differentiation to the teaching programs of flexible manufacturing systems, laboratory set up project planning and implementation of specific engineering training program, the professional knowledge of student on the depth and breadth has been expanded, experimental skills and innovative capacity to improve teaching effectiveness has also been significantly improved.
