STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF MgCl_2 ON DNA CONFORMATION BY ^(31)P NMR

本文用^(31)P NMR方法研究了MgCl_2对天然DNA溶液构象影响,首次观察到了Mg^(2+)诱导天然DNA由B型向Z型转变。

The effect of MgCl_2 on the natural DNA solution conformation was studied by ^(31)P NMR, MgCl_2 induced transition from B-DNA to Z-DNA was obversed. The mechanism was discussed.
