肺肿瘤中结核分枝杆菌、血吸虫童虫、蛔虫幼虫并存1例报告

Tubercule bacillus,juvenile Schistosoma worms,and young ascarids present in a patient with a lung tumor

本文报告了1例结核分枝杆菌、血吸虫童虫、蛔虫幼虫并存肺癌病例。患者经CT确诊右上肺肺癌,肿瘤病理切片见结核分枝杆菌、血吸虫童虫、蛔虫幼虫。术后痰检见抗酸杆菌,大便中查及血吸虫虫卵,无蛔虫虫卵。口服甲苯咪唑片和吡喹酮片后蛔虫感染和血吸虫感染得到控制,患者食欲及贫血症状好转,胸片及胸腰椎片未见结核症状,未作抗结核菌治疗。患者肺癌化疗4疗程后出院。

This paper reports tubercule bacillus, juvenile Schistosoma worms, and young ascarids present in a patient with a lung tumor. The patient had cancer of the right upper lung as revealed by CT. Tubercule bacillus, juvenile Schisto-soma worms, and young ascarids were found in pathology seetions of the tumor. After surgery, a sputum exam revealed tubercule bacillus and Sehistosome eggs were detected in the patient＇s stool, but asearids were not noted. The symptoms of ascariases and schistosomiasis were controlled by oral administration of mebendazole and praziquantel. The patient＇s ap-petite and anemia improved. X-rays of the chest and thoracic vertebrae revealed no tuberculosis. Treatment of tuberculo-sis had yet to be administered. After 4 rounds of chemotherapy to treat the lung tumor, the patient was discharged.
