摘要
以铁线莲早花大花型重被品种"爱丁堡公爵夫人"为试材,研究了50、100和200mg/L不同浓度梯度的赤霉素(GA3)和多效唑(PP333)2种外源激素对铁线莲"爱丁堡公爵夫人"开花的影响。结果表明:不同浓度梯度的GA3均有推迟开花的作用,200mg/L GA3推迟开花36d,100mg/L GA3推迟开花34d,50mg/L GA3推迟开花22d。PP333推迟开花的作用没有GA3明显,200mg/L PP333推迟开花9d,100mg/L PP333推迟开花7d,50mg/L PP333没有推迟开花的作用。2种外源激素对"爱丁堡公爵夫人"单花开放时间的影响不显著。较高浓度的GA3减少平均开花数量,而较高浓度的PP333增加平均开花数量。2种外源激素均使花朵平均直径和花柄平均长度减小,GA3使"爱丁堡公爵夫人"由重被花转为单被花,在一定程度上影响了花朵的质量。
Taking Clematis ‘Duchess of Edinburgh' as test material, the effects of different concentrations of two exogenous hormone GAa and PP333 on flowering of Clematis ‘Duchess of Edinburgh' were studied. The results showed that GA3 in different concentration gradient delayed flowering date of Clermatis ’‘Duchess of Edinburgh'. 200 mg/L GA3 delayed flowering 36 d, 100 mg/L GAa delayed flowering 34 d, 50 mg/L GAa delayed flowering 22 d. The effect of PP333, on flowering date was not very obvious,200 mg/L PP333 delayed flowering 9 d, 100 mg/L PP333 delayed flowering 7 d, 50 mg/L PP333 had no effect on flowering date. The influence of two exogenoushormones on single flower opening time had no significant. A higher concentration of GA3 reduced the average number of flowers, while higher PPa333 increased the average number of flowers. Both of two exogenous hormones decreased flowers' average diameter and stalks' average length,GA3 changed double flower of ‘Duchess Of Edinburgh’ into single flower, these had certain impact on the quality of the flowers.
