应用正交实验优化大花萱草试管苗生根的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用L9(33)正交实验设计,研究了IBA(0.1、0.3、0.5mg/L)、白砂糖(25、35、45g/L)、琼脂(3、4、6g/L)3因素3水平组合对大花萱草"红运"试管丛生芽苗生根的影响。结果表明:3个因素中糖分对其生根有显著影响,其大小排序为白砂糖>IBA>琼脂。筛选出1/2MS+IBA 0.3mg/L+白砂糖45g/L+琼脂4g/L为最佳组合。 By using L9 (33) orthogonal experimental design,Co-action of IBA and white granulated sugar and agar on the caespitose shoots rooting of Hemerocallis hybridas 'were Studied. In the experiment, the concentration of IBA was 0. 1,0. 3,0. 5 mg/L the concentration of white granulated sugar were 25,35,45 g/L; the concentration of agar were 3,4, 6 g/L. The results showed that the effects of each factor on the tube seedlings rooting was white granulated sugar)IBA) agar, the action of sugar reached at significant level, and 1/2MS+IBA 0. 3 mg/L+ white granulated sugar 45 g/L+ agar 4 g/L was the optimal combination.
