摘要
以茅膏菜的球茎、茎尖、茎段、叶片和实生苗无根芽为外植体,以1/2MS为基本培养基,研究了不同激素配比和不同接种株数对其丛生芽诱导和增殖的影响。结果表明:以茅膏菜实生苗无根芽为外植体,在光照13h/d,3 000lx培养条件下,每瓶接种5丛,每丛4株,茅膏菜的最佳增殖培养基为1/2MS+6-BA 0.1mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L+蔗糖25g/L+琼脂5.5g/L。
Different explants were used to be cultured on the 1/2MS basic culture medium dosed with different concentrations of 6-BA and NAA to induce clustered buds for quick proliferation. The effects of different explants, different hormone combination,different inoculum density on the shoot induction were studied. The results showed that the appropriate explant of Drosera peltata for shoot inducting was the rootless stem of seed seeding, the best inoculum density was 4 × 5 explants each glass, the best culture medium for proliferation of clustered buds was 1/2MS+ 6-BA 0. 1 mg/L+NAA 0. 1 mg/ L+ sucrose 25 g/L+agar 5. 5 g/L.
