非金属硬脆性材料磨削过程固体声监控

摘要 提出了非金属硬脆性材料磨削过程监测和控制的新方法——固体声监控。该方法利用自行研制的固体声传感器监测磨削时产生的固体声信号的变化来判别砂轮与工件接触情况 ,并利用它作为磨削过程控制的反馈信号。实验结果表明 ,该方法准确可靠 ,可推广到其他金属切削加工过程的监控。 A solid borne sound based method for monitoring and controlling the grinding of hard brittle nonmetal work is presented in the paper.In the method,the condition of contact between the surfaces of grinding wheel and the work is determined by the observation of the variation of the solid borne sound which is produced in the grinding opration and monitored by the sound sensor developed by ourselves.In addition,the aquired sound is also used as the feedback signal to control the grinding process.Experimental results show that the method is accurate and reliable,and can also be used in finishing metal work.
