反社会排斥:失地农民集体导向型社区及其发展策略构建 被引量：3

摘要 通过对失地农民自身及所依存社区特性的解析,构建一种失地农民集体导向型社区模型,并在此基础上衍生出社区发展新战略。通过集体利益导向、集体参与导向、集体适应导向和集体保障导向发展战略的塑造,解决失地农民所遭受的经济、政治、文化与保障层面的社会排斥,进而加速其身份、产业转型与城市融入进程。
