淮阴高庄战国墓青铜器群制作工艺研究

Study into the Making Technology of the Bronzes from a Warring States Period Tomb at Gaozhuang in Huaiyin

本文通过对淮阴高庄战国墓青铜器群的铸造痕迹的观察,结合所做的金相分析和成份分析,对其制作工艺进行了研究,发现其所体现的根据器物的特点对外范进行设计制作的工艺已臻完美,用简单的工艺完成了一些看似复杂器物的制作。

Through examination of the casting traces on the bronzes that are unearthed from a Warring States Period tomb at Gaozhuang in Huaiyin and on the basis of their own metallurgical and component analyses, the authors carry out researches on the making technology of those bronzes. They discover that in those times there already existed perfect casting technology with outer molds designed according to the features of cast products, that is to say that complex articles could be made with simple technology.
