摘要
根据船闸人字门及启闭机故障引起的闸门振动信号具有随机性和非平稳性的特点,经检修已知人字门连门轴磨损故障,采集船闸检修前后的闸门振动信号,提出利用小波包分析技术进行故障诊断的方法。即,利用小波包对信号进行分解和重构,计算各频带信号能量分布,经分析能量集中频带信号的时频特性后,发现信号故障主要分布在低频部份,证明了利用小波包分析技术进行船闸人字门及启闭机故障诊断是有效可行的。其方法可为同类事故诊断参考。
The vibration signal caused by the fault of miter gate and hoist was characterized as random and non - stationary. The overhaul shows that the fault of door shaft of the miter gate is abrasion and the miter gate vibration signal before and after the corrective maintenance was collected. The wavelet packet analysis technology was put forward for fault diagnosis, i. e, the vibra- tion signal was decomposed and reconstructed by using wavelet packet method, and the energy distribution of the signal in each frequency band was calculated, then the characteristics of time - frequency of the signal in energy concentrated band was ana- lyzed. It shows that the fault signal was mainly distributed in the low frequency band. Therefore, it is feasible to implement fault vibrating diagnosis for the miter gate and hoist with wavelet packet analysis method.
