开发建设项目中水损失监测初探

Preliminary discussion on water loss monitoring of construction projects

目前,我国开发建设项目中水损失监测的理论、技术规范以及工作实践都还处于探索阶段。从水损失以及水损失治理概念入手,提出了水损失的监测指导思想、监测目标和监测原则,分析了水损失监测内容与监测指标,并提出了水损失监测方法。研究结果对于完善开发建设项目中水土流失治理标准,以及预防和治理开发建设项目中水土流失具有实际意义。

At present, the theory, technical specifications and working practices of water loss monitoring during the project construction in China are still at a exploratory stage. From the perspectives of water loss and its control, the guiding rule, monito- ring objectives and principles are put forward; the monitoring content and indicators are also analyzed. Furthermore, the monito- ring method of water loss is put forward. The results have great significance to the improvement of the standards of Water and soil erosion regulation, as well as the prevention and control of soil and water loss in development and construction projects.
