六枝特区伤寒副伤寒干预项目大众健康教育效果评价

Effectiveness evaluation of health education of typhoid and paratyphoid intervention program in Liuzhi Special District

目的提高人群对伤寒副伤寒的自我防护意识,促进其有关不良习惯改变和良好卫生行为的形成。方法按照《贵州省伤寒副伤寒高发区干预项目实施方案》进行。结果干预区共调查学生、村民及其他人群1 146人,对伤寒副伤寒防治知识知晓率为67.36%,与干预前(35.06%)比较,提高92.14%,比对照区(41.09%)提高63.94%;人群卫生行为率干预区为60.37%,与干预前(52.53%)比提高14.91%,比对照区(46.97%)提高28.51%。结论通过大众健康教育,可提高人群伤寒副伤寒的认识,促进其有关不良习惯改变和良好卫生行为的形成。

Objective To enhance people＇s self-protection consciousness of typhoid and paratyphoid,and promote them to change bad habits and form into good health behaviors.Method The survey was carried out according to Implementation Scheme of Intervention Project on Typhoid and Paratyphoid in high incidence areas of Guizhou.Results 1 146 people from students,villager and other groups were investigated.Their awareness rate of typhoid and paratyphoid was 67.36%,which increased by 92.14% compared with that before intervention（35.06%）,and increased by 63.94% than that of control area（42.52%）.The rate of health behaviors was 60.37% in intervention areas,which increased by 14.91% compared with that before intervention（52.34%）,and increase by 28.51% than that of control area（46.97%）.Conclusions Health education could enhance people＇s cognition to typhoid and paratyphoid,and promote them to change unhealthy behavior and form into good health behaviors.
