内蒙古人群血脂影响因素分析及正常参考值范围的制定

Analysis on influence factors and formulation of the normal reference range of blood lipids for people in Inner Mongolia

目的综合考虑民族、性别和年龄差异的影响,制定符合内蒙古人群血脂的正常参考值范围,为内蒙古地区蒙古族和汉族人群的心血管疾病的预防、诊断、治疗和康复等方面提供客观的数据支持。方法采用整群分层抽样,所有符合研究对象的纳入和排除标准等蒙古族人群经本人同意后,采血并进行总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)血脂检测。结果 (1)TC民族间无统计学差异(P>0.05),TG汉族高于蒙古族,HDL-C和LDL-C为蒙古族高于汉族,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);除TC无性别差异外,其余均存在性别差异(P<0.01),HDL-C女性高于男性,TG和LDL-C男性高于女性;TC、TG和LDL-C年龄上均存在统计学差异(P<0.01),TC和LDL-C均随年龄增高而逐渐升高,TG先随年龄增高而升高,45～64岁年龄组达到最大值,随后随年龄升高而降低,而HDL-C无统计学差异(P>0.05)。(2)本次血脂正常参考值的制定结果与O-LYMPUS AU2700给定参考值存在一定的差异,给定参考值没有考虑种族、性别和年龄差异的影响,范围比较单一。结论 (1)内蒙古人群血脂受民族、性别和年龄的影响。(2)本次研究制定的血脂正常参考范围值的范围与检测仪器给定的参考值范围存在差异,此参考值只能部分反映内蒙古人群血脂的正常水平。

Objective To consider the influence of the differences of ethnic,gender and age,and formulate the normal reference range of blood lipids for people in Inner Mongolia,so as to offer objective datum for cardiovascular disease prevention,diagnosis,treatment and rehabilitation of the Mongol nationality and the Han nationality in inner mongolian region.Method Use the cluster stratifiedsampling,people who comply with the study of into and out standard and agree with this study would be detected for TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C.Results（1） TC level overall was not statistically significant among nations（P〉0.05）,TG level of Han nationality was higher than that of Mongol nationality,HDL-C level and LDL-C level of Mongolian were higher than those of Han nationality,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）;Except that TC index had no difference between genders,the other indexes all existed gender differences（P〈0.01）,HDL-C level of women was higher than men,TG and LDL-C levels of men were higher than women;there were statistic difference among ages of TC、TG and LDL-C（P〈0.01）,TC and LDL-C increased gradually with age.TG increased with age first,45-64 age years old group achieved the maximum,then reduced with age,while HDL-C had no statistical difference（P〉0.05）.（2）There were some differences between the normal reference value and OLYMPUS AU2700 reference,for that the given reference didn＇t consider the influence of race,gender,and age which made the range single.Conclusions ⑴The blood lipids were influenced by national,gender and age among Inner Mongolia population.There were some differences between the normal reference range value formulated in this study and reference range given by testing instrument,thus this reference can only part reflect the normal level of blood lipids of people in Inner Mongolia.
