摘要
分析了射线检测人员在初学JB/T 4730.2—2005标准中焊接接头射线检测质量分级时遇到的困难,提出图表形式的分级方法。将JB/T 4730.2—2005焊接接头质量分级细分,并绘出单个条形缺陷质量分级效果图,使射线检测人员对焊缝质量分级更容易理解,简化底片评定工作。
The paper analyzed the difficulties that JB/T 4730. 2 beginner would meet during the learning of welding joint ray-inspection quality classification chart. The paper presented chart form classification, which subdivided the JB/T 4730. 2 welding joint quality classification. And the single strip defect quality classification result chart was drawn to make welding quality classification easier understood by ray inspector and also to simplify the photographic plate evaluation procedure.
