摘要
本文研究了 γ型含吲哚美辛 IUD的体外释放 ,以蒸馏水作为释放介质 ,γ型 IUD浸在介质中 ,于 37℃恒温条件下 ,以稳定的频率和振幅水平振荡 ,每隔 2 4h更换释放介质溶液 ,用紫外分光光度法 ,在波长 32 0 nm处测定释放液中吲哚美辛的含量。结果表明 ,吲哚美辛药物最初快速释放 ,随后释放速度逐渐下降 ,它的释放规律呈指数型 。
IUD containing indomethacinum was vibrated in the medium at 37℃,at constant frequency and amplitude.The medium was changed every 24 h. Indomethacinum release rate was measured by the ultraviolet absorption of solution at 320 nm.The results showed that indomethacinum release rate declined slowly after an initial high rate,which was of the exponential type,but still belonged to the slow releasing types.
