摘要
为更好地解决移动语音通信安全传输的问题,本课题提出了一个在用户不更换手机、不开通新业务、不对现有移动通信网络进行改造、且有较高的语音通信安全性的前提下,解决手机语音保密通信问题的方案。本课题面向目前我国仍广泛使用的GSM移动通信网络,使用Altera公司的DE2开发板为开发载体,以构建的NiosⅡ处理器为核心,利用FPGA内部的逻辑和存储器资源,采取芯片化设计思想,将抗RPE-LTP的语音加解密算法硬件化实现,设计实现了对移动语音通信的信源进行加密传输的系统。加密后的语音信息仍由手机通过移动网络进行传输,接收方接收后,使用具有解密功能的响应系统进行解密处理,获取语音信息。本系统不依赖具体的手机和网络,移植性强,具有巨大的商业和现实意义。

The system does not rely on the specific mobile phone and network, portability, has great commercial and practical significance.
