摘要
本文在对劳动力迁徙实证研究文献梳理的基础上,利用中国第六次人口普查数据研究了中国劳动力省际迁徙的决定因素,特别考察了新经济地理和教育、医疗、社会福利等公共政策的省际差异对劳动力跨省迁徙的影响。本文研究发现,地区市场潜能与劳动力迁入具有较强的正向关联,地理距离弱化了劳动力省际迁徙的动力,同时教育和地方福利水平是吸引劳动力迁入的重要因素,因此,地方政府的公共政策倾向能够较大程度地影响劳动力的迁徙。
Based on empirical research and literature of labor migration, this paper study the determinants of inter-provincial migration of Chinese labor, in particular, examine the effect on labor migration on the case of inter-provincial differences of public policy such as education, health care, social welfare and the factor of new economic geography, by using of the sixth census data about inter-provincial migration of Chinese labor. This study found that there is strong positive association between regional market potential and labor migration, and the geographic distance weakening the labor movement power of inter-provincial, while the level of education and local welfare are important factor to attract labor to move in, and local government can use public policies to affect the migration of inter-provincial labor.
