科技进步对上海就业影响的实证分析——基于分行业的视角

The Empirical Analysis of Scientific and Technological Progress's Impact on the Employment of Shanghai:From the Sub-industry Perspective

国内许多学者对科技进步与就业之间的关系无论是在理论研究方面还是实证研究上都取得了很多成果,但从各自得出的结论来看分歧较大。本文试图以分行业的视角来解析科学技术进步对上海就业的影响。通过实证分析得出以下结论:第一,一般科技进步对就业的直接影响为负,多数行业表现显著;第二,总体来看,由于科技进步导致了产出的增加,所以科技进步对就业的负面影响有所减弱。但不同行业的表现也存在较大的异质性。

Many domestic scholars have achieved a lot of achievements on the relationship between technological progress and employment, both in theoretical studies and in empirical research, but their conclusions are differences. This paper attempts to analyze the impact of scientific and technological progress on Shanghai＇s employment by sub-industry perspective. This paper concluded as follows ： First, the direct impact of general technological progress on employment is negative, the majority of industry performance significantly; Overall, technological advances led to the increase in output, so the negative impact of the technological progress on employment weakened. However, there is also large heterogeneity in the performance of different industries.
